Seminar "Social Involvement and Business Development Activities at Universities "

The seminar will take place on December 4, Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00, in the hotel "Oktiabrskaya" (3rd floor, Red Conference Hall) as part of the International Conference "East and West Meet in Saint Petersburg". It is organized by the University of Turku (Finland). The theme of the seminar is "Social Involvement and Business Development Activities at Universities".

At the seminar, Professor Esa Hämäläinen, Development Director of Brahea Centre at the University of Turku, will present the University and the Center, and also speak about social interaction and development of business activities in universities. Development Manager at the University of Turku, Sari Stenvall-Virtanen will share experience in providing students with employment.

Deputy Director of the Brahea Centre, Petteri Sinervo will give a report "From Science to Business - Business Development Laboratory" while Project Manager, Eija Eloranta will talk about agricultural innovations in local food production.
