Polytechnic University will take part in the Economic congress of the VI International Municipal BRICS Forum

The International Municipal BRICS Forum (IMBRICS Forum) is an annual business event held with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and the «Rossotrudnichestvo» Federal Agency, focused on promoting socio-economic development of territories, building business communications and attracting investment to regions and municipal cities of BRICS and partner countries.

Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, a strategic partner of the forum, will hold sessions «Basic Science to Healthcare» and «Increasing the scale of business tourism: the experience of St. Petersburg and the BRICS countries» as part of the business program, and sign a number of cooperation agreements with leading foreign universities and companies. Including the Memorandum of Agreement on the organization of the 2nd International Project Competition «Smart City 2030: Managing Sustainable Development of BRICS Cities» between SPbPU, Lovely Professional University and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Economic Congress of the VI IMBRICS Forum (Fall Session) will be held in Saint Petersburg on November 21-22, 2024, as a follow-up to the VI IMBRICS Forum’24 which took place in August.
