The anniversary season of the Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project of the Global Universities Association is starting!
Discover the opportunities for tuition-free education in Russia with the anniversary, 10th season of the International Olympiad «Open Doors: Russian Scholarship Project». Over the 10 years of the project, nearly 700,000 talented participants from more than 200 countries have taken part, and over 20,000 winners have received the chance to study at leading Russian universities for free.
Key dates of the anniversary season:
- Registration starts: August 20, 2026.
- Portfolio submission and registration deadline: November 1, 2026.
- Online exam: December 2026 (exact dates will be announced on the website).
- Results announcement (Bachelor’s and Master’s tracks): December 30, 2026.
- Results for Postdoctoral (PhD) track: February 27, 2027.
What are the benefits of participation?
Winners and prize-winners of the Russian Scholarship Project receive the right to early admission to one of 24 leading participating universities, including SPbPU. The main prize is tuition-free education funded by the state budget of the Russian Federation for the entire study period. Additionally, students receive a monthly scholarship (the amount varies depending on the university).
Who can participate?
Foreign citizens and stateless persons are invited to participate.
