Don't miss: the qualifying stage of the International Olympiad Open Doors starts on September 5

The qualifying stage of the International Olympiad «Open Doors: Russian Scholarship project» will start very soon: registration will open on September 5. Every year, the winners of the intellectual competition get an opportunity to enter a master’s degree or postgraduate program at leading Russian universities without entrance examinations and study absolutely free of charge (at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation).

This year for the first time it is possible to take part in the bachelor’s degree track. This is a new opportunity for foreign students to get a basic education thanks to winning an international Olympiad.

If you are graduating from high school, Bachelor’s or Master’s in 2025, you need to:

1. Register on the International Olympiad Open Doors website
2. Upload your portfolios to the system
3. Perform Olympiad tasks in the proctoring mode
4. Have an online interview with potential supervisors (only for the postgraduate track)

In case of victory in the Olympiad, foreign applicants will have the opportunity to study at Polytechnic University Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD programs at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of last season, Polytechnic University selected more than 120 winners and prize-winners of the Open Doors Olympiad, 60% more than last year, of which more than 90 candidates were considered and sent to study.
