SPbPU at the fall educational exhibition in Hanoi “Russian universities - the best choice”
SPbPU took part in an educational exhibition in Vietnam, which was held in Hanoi from 21 to 25 October. The event was organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Hanoi, as part of the long-term project «Universities of Russia» to promote Russian education. Polytechnic University was represented by Deputy Head of the Department of International Education Tatiana Sytnikova and specialist of the Department for Work with Foreign Students Ekaterina Pirkovska.
The program of the exhibition was very rich. On the first day, the opening ceremony was attended by Vladimir Murashkin, Director of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi, Evgeny Mitrofanov, Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Vietnam, representative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of 11 leading Russian educational institutions.
After the official part, more than 200 Vietnamese students and schoolchildren visited Polytechnic’s stand, where they received detailed consultations about SPbPU’s undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate educational programs, dormitories and scholarships.
The delegation of Polytechnic University visited the Chang Fu Special School for talented children in Hai Phong, Le Hong Phong Special School for Talented Children in Nam Dinh and Hanoi University of Entrepreneurship and Technology. In these educational institutions presentations of Polytechnic University were held, where the young people had a unique opportunity not only to get acquainted with educational programs and admission conditions, but also to communicate with the representatives of the university, ask questions and clarify the points of interest.
On the last day of the exhibition an expert session «Consortiums of universities in Russia and international educational space: practice and prospects» was held.
Educational exhibitions play a key role in establishing effective links between educational institutions and applicants, providing a valuable platform for exchanging information and broadening horizons. The recent exhibition held in Vietnam was a great opportunity for young people to learn about the opportunities offered by Polytechnic University for international students.

You can also apply for the first qualifying stage of the international Olympiad Open Doors: Russian Scholarship project until November 20. Starting this year, the winners will have the opportunity to enter Polytechnic’s undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs without entrance exams and study free of charge in the academic year 2025-2026.
