SPbPU presented its programs at the "RAFU Days" in Morocco

The «RAFU Days» have launched in Morocco — a large-scale event organized by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. SPbPU has been acting as the coordinator of the consortium of the Russian-African Network University (RAFU) for the third year.

The Russian delegation included the following RAFU member universities: Lobachevsky State

University of Nizhny Novgorod, Saint Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba, St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, and Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

The main venue of the «RAFU Days» in Morocco was the International Student Forum in Casablanca (Le Forum International de l’Étudiant). This event is one of the largest international educational exhibitions in Morocco and the region, annually bringing together over 200,000 visitors and 800 participants from around the world.

This year, 25 countries are taking part in the exhibition. At the joint RAFU booth, six leading Russian universities are presenting their programs to Moroccan applicants.

Also working at the booth are SPbPU graduates from Morocco — Omar Sabri and Ahmed Chinaf, Chairman of the Association of SPbPU Graduates in the Kingdom of Morocco. They advise exhibition visitors in Arabic and French and share their experience of studying at Polytechnic University.
