Dear staff and students of our university, I sincerely congratulate you on the start of the new academic year!

We celebrate every 1st of September with a special feeling — joy, excitement and, of course, hope. On this day, University is filled with life again and opens its doors to thousands of students. This is the time when they begin a new stage of life, in which new discoveries, bright ideas, strong friendships and important decisions await them. We are proud to be a part of this journey. After all, it is at SPbPU that a generation is being formed that will determine the future of Russia — engineers, scientists, innovators, and leaders.

The 2024-2025 academic year was a time of intense, multifaceted work. A busy and difficult year is behind us, filled with changes, decisions, and new challenges. And most importantly, it was a year of our work, our achievements, and our victories. I thank the teachers, staff and students for their dedication. My deepest respect to all!

Thank you to the teachers and researchers for your hard work, wisdom and inspiration. You are the ones who transfer knowledge, form personalities, and discover talents. Take care of this polytechnic tradition and pass it on to new generations.

Dear first-year students, may your first day at Polytech become the beginning of a bright and eventful life. Here you will not only get a profession, but you will find yourself, find like-minded people, and get a taste of real creativity and creativity.
