There are also options for those who want to connect their future with other regions of Russia. For example, Sergey Antsiferov, a third-year student at ICST, came to Polytechnic University from Krasnoyarsk and would like to return to his home region after graduation. I am trying to find an internship with subsequent employment related to programming or communication with people, shared Sergey. It’s great that Polytechnic University regularly holds career forums and job fairs. Students should look for themselves, understand that everyone has the opportunity to join big companies, you just have to try to find them. He was very interested in offers from OOO Gazprom dobycha Irkutsk.

Tatiana Mashkovtseva, head of the HR department of labor relations and social development of OOO Gazprom dobycha Irkutsk, said that their company needs many specialists, from plumbers to plant managers: We offer vacancies related to different areas: gas production, petrochemicals, transportation, innovation, operation of shift camps, human resources. Darya Tutueva, the 1st year master’s degree student of IPMEiT was looking for vacancies which will be connected with her master’s degree degree work: I want to test some of my hypotheses and probably propose changes to companies. My master’s thesis is related to improving accounting and generally financial processes with foreign economic activity. I took Asian countries, specifically India. I am sure it is a very actual direction of development.

Fair participants noted that every year the number of polytechnic students who found their future exactly in Gazprom organizations increases. And such career events, where students, graduates and employers can find each other, help in this.
