As a result of the round table, the Polytechnic University’s proposal to the draft decision of the forum was adopted: Cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the field of engineering education development is a priority task. The basis for cooperation is the existence of historically established common fundamental basis of engineering education: unity of all levels of educational space; quality physical and mathematical training in schools; fundamental and practice-oriented engineering education. A successful example of effective cooperation between Russian and Kyrgyz universities in the development of engineering education is the cooperation between Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and B. N. Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The dissemination of this experience will significantly improve the quality and demand for engineering education in the short term.
