Best International Grant for PhD (BIG PhD) 2024 competition for foreign graduate students of SPbPU

The BIG PhD 2024 competition is part of the grant program to support the best projects of foreign PhD students, implemented with the support of the Priority 2030 program. The competition evaluates the publication activity of SPbPU foreign PhD students.

Consolidated information (according to the established form) on scientific and publication activity, including articles and conference papers, is accepted for participation. Publications of foreign graduate students must be affiliated with Peter the Great Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University, published from 2021 to 2024, including articles accepted for publication before October 14, 2024 (provided there is an official confirmation from the publisher). The level of publication (journal and conference ranking) and the presence of international co-authorship will be taken into account in scoring.

Foreign PhD students with the highest number of points will be recognized as winners of the BIG PhD 2024 competition. According to the decision of the expert committee of the competition, they will be awarded grants and bonuses.

The competition is not open to international graduate students who are graduating on October 1, 2024.

Applications for the competition will be accepted until October 14.

The contest is supported by the Department of International Interuniversity Cooperation.
