Internships for colleagues from KRSU were completed at SPbPU
Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University held the second and third stages of internship for delegations from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU), deepening cooperation in digital education, admissions campaign and research projects.

Director of the Center for Open Education of SPbPU Svetlana Kalmykova introduced the guests to the possibilities of using online courses in the main educational process. Specialists in educational and methodological work Larisa Kovtunovich and Margarita Sergeeva told about the organization of the distance learning system. The delegation was particularly interested in the selection of tools and resources of the Open Polytechnic e-learning system to match the available teaching materials, as well as the possibilities of assessment and building individual learning trajectories of students.
Timur Khludeev, Head of the Electronic Resources Development Department of the Open Education Center, shared with colleagues from KRSU the basics of video production for educational activities. They analyzed what educational video is, how it differs from other formats, and studied trends in this area. They discussed the technical nuances of building video studios for recording educational content.
Also for the employees of KRSU the online professional development course «Tools of content development service and e-learning organization» was opened, the participants of which were almost 150 people.

The third stage of internships covered the organization of the admission campaign and the development of educational programs. The focus was on legal and technical aspects — the KRSU delegation headed by Evgeny Shekunov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, held a series of negotiations with representatives of SPbPU.
At the working meetings, they discussed mechanisms for distributing admission quotas (special, targeted, international), experience in conducting entrance tests in a distance format, and the use of information systems for online interaction with applicants. The Kyrgyz side shared the peculiarities of combining the legislation of the two countries in the recruitment of students.
A separate block was the meeting of Evgeny Shekunov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of KRSU, with Yuriy Fomin, Vice-Rector for research of SPbPU, Vitaly Drobchik, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, and Maxim Dyuldin, Head of the Quality Control Department. The participants discussed scientific initiatives, reviewing in detail four projects: development of a blood flow sensor, integration of lidar technologies with proposals from KRSU to expand research areas and cooperation within the framework of the Alliance-Altyn program with a focus on priority areas and prospects for cooperation with Geoscan.
