The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in St. Petersburg handed over 5,000 disposable medical masks to the international campus of Polytechnic University. “The Department of Education of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in St. Petersburg presents Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University its respect and thanks for the continued assistance to Chinese students,” said the Consul for Education of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in St. Petersburg Mr. Sun LILIN.

Let us remind that the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in St. Petersburg organized a charity event for Chinese students of Polytechnic University. On April 28, 2020, volunteers from the Advisory Center for Chinese Students at SPbPU and Consulate’s voluntary assistants handed over individual anti-virus protection kits to international students. The kits included medical masks and a variety of disinfectants. Altogether, almost fifteen hundred of Polytechnic University’s Chinese students have got support from the Consulate.
