Erasmus+ possibilities at SPbPU:

  1. For incoming faculty members — we use the opportunities of Erasmus+ projects to invite the professors from the partner university to come and teach within our International educational programs and summer and winter school modules.

If these dates are not suitable to you, other possibilities could be mutually agreed as well. The candidate should be carrying out scientific and teaching activities in the framework of the collaboration areas of mutual interest of both universities have a Language proficiency (B2).

  1. For incoming administrative staff — annually SPbPU is holding the International Polytechnic Week at the End of May, a great opportunity to get to know the Institutes, departments, labs, research possibilities of our university.

If these dates are not suitable to you, other possibilities could be mutually agreed as well.

Application procedure and required documents:

    Step 1: Be nominated by the Erasmus office of your University

    SPbPU awaits the nomination sent by applicant’s Home University via nomination form.

    Step 2: Please send us the following documents to the email

    At the customs area you must fill in a migration card and, after the customs officer has stamped it, you should always keep it up until your departure from Russia.

    • In case of teaching mobility: scan of international passport, CV and course description
    • In case of training mobility: copy of international passport, CV and short description of purpose of your visit.

    Step 3: The SPbPU Erasmus coordinator submits the application

    The Erasmus office of SPbPU provides to incoming staff the full information packages concerning the University, visa instructions, invitation letter and organizational assistance on all the issues of accommodation, registration.

    The SPbPU Erasmus office helps to establish contacts if necessary with future hosting person from the Receiving Institute/department to give possibility for the candidate to discuss all details of stay (dates, purpose of the visit, course themes etc)

    When all necessary arrangements are done The SPbPU Erasmus officeprovides candidate with Letter of Acceptance and other necessary documents.
