Program outline: The program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of the state-of-the-art experimental techniques and theoretical methods in this area of expertise. The program encompasses a broad spectrum of research activity ranging from exploring the fundamental nature of electronic materials to developing new electronic and nanoelectronic devices and systems.
Entry requirements: Bachelor’s, Specialist’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area is required / English language proficiency - / Exam Test in a relevant field of studies / Interview in English with a program coordinator
Extra requirements (for a partner university): English language proficiency: IELTS Certificate (5.5) or TOEFL (65 iBT or 513 PBT) or CAE either CPE (grade C), or PTE Academic 46
Minimum of final mark of the Bachelor degree: in Finland — 3.0; in Russia — 4.0
