It was not difficult to decide to study in Polytechnic University because I am from Russia and it’s the best technical university in my country. I didn’t consider any other country because Russia has a decent level of education (especially at my Department).
As an SPbPU student I had a great opportunity to take 5 months Erasmus+ internship in Germany. I will obviously remember it as a great time spent abroad writing my Master thesis ”The influence of small internal friction on the properties of an acoustic metamaterial-a linear isotropic Kosser medium”. Further I would like to devote myself to the research work. Not necessarily in Russia.
